Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
